Acupuncture

Acupuncture can help you feel better both physically and mentally and bring you closer to achieving your goal for a family.

Even with technology on our side, fertility cycles still fail. This is devastating and can leave one unable to grasp why. There are so many facets of fertility as much as we control there is so much out of our control. Chinese Medicine looks at the whole body and its overall well-being both body and mind.

Ellice is classically trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and bridges that knowledge with modern science and evidence-based research. Over the years, she has had the privilege of being a part of her patient’s health journey to conceive and support them during their pregnancy and labour. She recognizes the unique hardships and sensitivities that come with each patient’s delicate fertility journey and provide a compassionate, warm, and understanding environment to help achieve their health goals. After having fertility struggles and children of her own she can appreciate the resilience and share in the joy of her patients.

Ellice is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and a graduate from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Ellice completed her studies in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at The Michener Institute and graduated with an Honours Diploma in Acupuncture. Her clinical experience includes the Wasser Pain Management Centre at the Mount Sinai Hospital, St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Toronto Centre for Acupuncture. Ellice continues to further her interest in women’s health and reproductive concerns and has completed advanced courses in fertility, obstetrics, and pregnancy.
