Day 1 Grant
Day 1 Fertility and Fertility Friends Foundation are working together to alleviate the financial and psychological burden of fertility treatments. Apply to a Day 1 Fertility Grant through our general application platform.
The hardest part of struggling to bring home a baby is surprisingly not the medical challenges we face, but the emotional and societal hurdles that often go unnoticed. On top of that there are major barriers in regards to access and financial consideration that can stop us from reaching our dreams.
That is why I have partnered with Fertility Friends Foundation, to help remove the financial burden and provide innovative emotional support by providing Day 1 grant recipients with unique coaching and community support.

ABOUT Day 1: Day 1 is on a mission to take the suffering out of the fertility journey by providing innovative and unique coaching offers, which give patients new perspectives, mindset tools, strategies community and more in an effort to turn infertility on its head and take our power back.
ABOUT EMILY GETZ: Emily Getz is a Certified Fertility, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Coach, Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, Mindset Coach, fellow fertility patient and the founder of Day 1, a first of its kind fertility support network and host of The Day 1 Podcast.
In October 2019, Emily was pregnant with her second child whom she lost unexpectedly at six months pregnant. This experience changed her life and was the precipice of how Day 1 came to be.
Day 1 Fertility was created because Emily recognized a gap in support, education and coaching within the fertility industry due to first hand experience. Two rounds of IVF and completely isolated, Emily combined her experience professionally and personally in an effort to disrupt the way fertility patients are supported. Today you find her preparing for her 5th round of IVF. Check out the article she wrote for The Toronto Star here.
