The fertility dance party of the year is BACK!
Day 1 Fertility and Fertility Friends Foundation team up once again for the third annual NIGHT 1 event. A one night only event that brings together both patient and industry communities to dance for hope, in support of Fertility Friend Foundation grants.
For the first time ever, no matter where you are, you can join in on this rare opportunity to show your unwavering support and recognize the strength and determination of those who are on this challenging path to bringing home a baby – by dancing it out with loved ones.
We can’t wait to see our community come together on the dance floor, creating cherished memories and building a brighter future for those struggling with their fertility. With Day 1 Fertility and Fertility Friends Foundation standing side by side, we are dancing for a cause, dancing for hope, and dancing for you.
NIGHT 1 2026 in-person Toronto event will be held at The Great Hall on Thursday, April 16th and if you can’t join us you can coordinate a NIGHT 1 of your own, by dancing it out with a group of friends and family fundraising towards grants.
The NIGHT 1 VIP Event

Time: Cocktail Reception (6:00pm – 7:30pm) + General Admission (Doors open at 7:30pm)

The NIGHT 1 Main Event

NIGHT 1 promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with live music, so you can leave it on the dance floor in support of Fertility Friends Foundation’s grants.
One general admission ticket includes:
• Admission to the NIGHT 1 dance party event, live entertainment, onsite auction, 1 drink ticket and late night snacks provided by Elle Cuisine.
Under CRA rules, NIGHT 1 tickets aren’t receiptable because they include food, drinks, and entertainment. However, any standalone donations made to the event will receive a full tax receipt.

If you can’t attend NIGHT 1 in Toronto or want to extend the impact beyond the main dance floor, you can still be part of the movement.
Whether you live in Toronto but can’t make NIGHT 1or leave out of town, you can still get the NIGHT 1 experience and fundraise for Fertility Friends grants within your community.

Why NIGHT 1 Matters
Fertility treatment in Canada is life-changing but it is also costly, unevenly funded, and out of reach for many.
While medical need does not depend on income, access too often does.
NIGHT 1 exists to help bridge that gap. Funds raised support Fertility Friends Foundation grants, which directly help individuals and couples cover the cost of IVF, egg and sperm donation and gestational surrogacy, when finances stand in the way of building a family.

About the co-organizers
Day 1 Fertility
Day 1 is on a mission to take the suffering out of the fertility journey by providing new perspectives, mindset tools and reframes in an effort to turn infertility on its head and take our power back.
Day 1 is designed primarily to support those struggling to bring home a baby, but it also is a resource for loved ones who are supporting those who find themselves on this path – a demographic which is rarely spoken to and an important and essential part of our community.
Fertility Friends Foundation
Fertility Friends Foundation is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to reducing the financial and emotional barriers associated with fertility care. The Foundation exists to ensure that individuals and families across Canada are not prevented from pursuing parenthood due to the high cost of fertility treatment.
Through the provision of fertility grants, the Foundation helps offset expenses related to assisted reproductive care, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg and sperm donation, and gestational surrogacy. These grants support people from diverse backgrounds and family structures as they navigate complex fertility journeys.
In addition to financial assistance, Fertility Friends Foundation offers educational initiatives and community support aimed at increasing awareness, reducing stigma around infertility, and empowering individuals with information and resources. The Foundation’s work reflects a commitment to equity, compassion, and inclusion within Canada’s fertility care landscape.
