About Fertility Friends Foundation Grants:
Fertility Friends Foundation offers $ 5,000 grants to individuals and couples across Canada pursuing IVF, egg or sperm donation, or gestational surrogacy.
FFF grants cannot be applied to past expenses, but are available to support upcoming treatments.
WE DO NOT COVER EXPENSES FOR:
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
Except in cases where applicants qualify for the Not My Tummy grant.
During the FET cycle, your embryos are thawed and placed into your uterus. This is done at a time in your menstrual cycle that best supports a pregnancy.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a simple procedure that puts sperm directly inside your uterus, which helps healthy sperm get closer to your egg.
Egg Freezing Sperm Freezing
Fertility preservation is saving or protecting eggs, sperm, or reproductive tissue so that a person can use them to have a child later on in life.
Fertility medication
Fertility medication is medication used in the process of infertility and is needed to help with preparing the body for fertility treatment.
Grants are disbursed during the months of June (Spring Applicants) and December (Fall Applicants), so your treatment must begin after those dates.

- Eligibility Criteria You will answer 4 questions at the beginning of the application form that will determine if you are eligible for a grant or not.
Important Considerations
- All sections of the application form are presented in English, followed by a French translation.
- A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required. You will be redirected to the payment page once your application is submitted.

- If your application is selected for further evaluation, you will be contacted by email and asked to provide additional documents (as outlined in the checklist).
